Growing up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Nick endeavored in a multitude of activities ranging from art, music, and athletics. A naturally skilled jack of all trades. His competitive spirit was reflected best in the sports he played. As early as the age of 6, Nick began playing in Little League Baseball and Pee-Wee Football. He continued on with those sports all the way through college, picking up wrestling, swimming, and track & field along the way. With nearly 20 years of competing in organized sports, and a 5-sport athlete, Nick is truly well versed in the world of fitness. His years as a wrestling captain and coach, as well as a swim instructor are just a few demonstrations of the leadership skills he has acquired. Nick moved to Chicago, IL in the fall of 2005 and in just a couple of years has acquired the ranking of “Master Trainer”. He’s made a name for himself in the South Loop, and is excited to share his wealth of knowledge to anyone that asks!
Fitness Comes First! It’s as simple as that. There is absolutely no excuse for not putting your physical and mental health as priority in your life. Sure, life gets hectic, time escapes us, and we oftentimes feel overwhelmed with the countless tasks we must accomplish in a day. But in the grand scheme of things, most of which will become completely irrelevant if you are not happy or healthy. Sure the aesthetic reasons for working out are clear, but in addition to looking good and feeling confident, working out also decreases stress, gives you energy, boosts creativity, invigorates your sex life, increases your lifespan, and helps you sleep better!
And that isn’t even the half of it!
